VI Municipal Strategy Contest 2019

 

The VI Municipal Strategy Contest 2019 (hereinafter – MSC-2019) is aimed to promote the use of strategic planning based on the Federal Law No.172-FZ of June 28, 2014 “On Strategic Planning in the Russian Federation”; to disseminate strategic planning experience at the municipal level; to identify innovations and effective solutions to socio-economic challenges at the municipal level. This year’s contest is focusing on the countryside.

The finals and MSC-2019 Awards Ceremony took place in St. Petersburg within the XVIII Annual Strategic Planning Leaders Forum of the Regions and Cities of Russia: National Goals and Territorial Impacts on October 28, 2019.

MSC-2019 WINNERS:

Category – The Best Municipal District Strategy 2019
Winner – Oktyabrsky municipal district of the Rostov region

Diploma from the Leontief Centre – AV Group Consortium for “The Will to Win” - Pestrechinsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan
 

Category – The Best Rural Settlement Strategy 2019
Winner – Kaenlinskoye rural settlement of the Nizhnekamsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan

Diploma from the MSC-2019 Organizing Committee for “Creativity and Practical Use of the Strategy” - Verkhovskoye rural settlement of the Verkhovazhsky municipal district of the Vologda region
