The plenary session “New Economy and Creative Entrepreneurship: Regions in the Age of the Fourth Industrial Revolution” has been moderated by the Chairman of the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation Alexei Kudrin. Panelists have discussed the experience of developing creative entrepreneurship in remote regions of Russia and elsewhere. Particular attention has been paid to mastera.academy, an online learning platform for creative entrepreneurs, its results achieved and plans for the future. The experts included: Alexander Dybal, Member of the Management Board and Deputy CEO for Corporate Communications, Gazprom Neft; Esko Tapani Aho, Former Prime Minister of Finland, East Office of Finnish Industries; Henry Foy, Moscow Bureau Chief Financial Times; Nonna Materkova, Founder of Creative Practices Foundation, and others.
