The XII round table focused on international cooperation will be held on the first day of the Strategic Planning Leaders Forum. Participants will present their ideas and best practices in the context of the main theme of the round table “Quality of Life” in the social, cultural, ecological and economic areas. For the first time the session will be attended not only by individual speakers, but by a delegation of the Assembly of European Regions, as well as the delegation of the region Iasi (Romania). Invited speakers include: Aguibou Diarrah, Ambassador, Chairman of the AUPB in the Peace and Security Department; William Thompson, Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), Head of Eurasia Division; Johannes Moisio, Association of European Border Regions (AEBR), Task Force of External Borders Chairman, and other Russian and foreign experts.
