Summary
The Presidential Decree No. 204 “On National Goals and Strategic Objectives of the Russian Federation” is implemented on a project basis, but at the same time project management tools are only partially applied. Project planning did not cover identification of stakeholders, risk identification and assessment, quality plan, and communication plan. Project planning went against the established methodology.
Topics for discussion:
- current status of the project management methodology;
- how to avoid ‘in name only’ project management;
- effectiveness of project monitoring.
